Choose one of my fics and give me a timestamp - e.g. two weeks before or five years later - and I'll write you a commentfic telling you what happened.
My fic masterlist can be found
here. If and when I ever get more fic on it, I'll probably do this again (depending on the turnout). I've never done commentfic before, so we'll see how this works out

I want to know what happened when Claude and Danny finally went on that date in The Picture of Frank Iero! How did Claude explain it? Did he not? WILL IT TEAR THEM APART?!?! I MUST KNOW, LOBSTER GIROUX!

Okay, the date. Well, they have to wait until Danny's all better, and Danny waits just a bit longer, so his nose isn't all Rudolph-y and he knows for sure he isn't contagious. And then he and Claude meet up at the place they decide on (they live in the same building, but, y'know, Claude is still technically seventeen and Danny doesn't know this but mostly everyone does, including nosy Madame Dufresne, and Claude Does Not Want Danny in trouble). It's a really swanky place, and they sit and order a meal, and then Danny orders wine, and Claude panicksBecause his ID still says he's seventeen. Fuck. Shit. Dammit. Other words that express frustration. Danny's ordered a whole bottle of wine and Claude's about to get carded, he just knows it, and then it'll all go to shit ( ... )

I'm pretty sure Gerard goes on a bender. It's self-pity, to be sure, but he doesn't really think about it like that. He ends up drinking and doing a lot of drugs and he does it to numb the hurt of losing his mate before he even has her. And Mikey watches, but he doesn't really register what he's seeing. He doesn't realize why. And Gerard's happy with that. Well . . . for the given value of 'happy' in a situation like his. He doesn't want Mikey to feel like this is his fault, like there was something he could've done, because there wasn't. Gerard would never have allowed him to give up Alicia, especially not now that he's seen how happy they are.
Gerard can deal. He's not a weakling. He'll survive. He'll get by.
When Alicia has twins, Gerard sobers up long enough to nuzzle their soft little heads, but his heart clenches inside his chest. These could've been mine, he thinks, and he hates himself for hating them, ( ... )

Okay, so, we left off with Gerard and Mikey saying they're going to be moving down there together. Obviously Frank's going to be spending forever and a day with them. In three years time, Frank's probably going to be right in the middle of college, only he hates it. And he ends up, oh, I dunno, probably dropping out and crashing on their couch because he doesn't have a job and can't afford his own apartment and doesn't want to move back home. He wants to be in a BAND, and he can't do that living at home in his childhood bedroom. And Gerard and Mikey are totally awesome and let him crash on their couch. Yay couch!
And it sorta works for Frank in a few different ways. Because it means he has more control over the horrible Way hygiene habits, but it also means that he gets to see Gerard all the time. They're best friends, and now they get to live with each other and be roommates, too. And it's easier to, like, be in love with him, it doesn't hurt in that I'LL NEVER HAVE HIM sort of way, when he lives with the guy. But also it's ( ... )
