This morning while seeing a commercial for "Charlotte's Web," I said to my Mom, "So, do you suppose that nobody dies in the end of this version because that would be too sensitive for the kids of today?"

I guess I'm more full of snark to be crying at the commercial. But I sobbed every time I read the book, growing up!

It's funny you should say that, because when I told my father I wanted to see "Charlotte's Web," he reminded me about the sad ending, I guess figuring I might not want to see it because of it!
