is it really that bad? I'm still planning to see it tho. Can't be worse than that horror movie i've seen couple of months ago but can't remember the title right now:) whatever, can't be worse than that.

(my flatmate just said it was White Noise...and how could i forget that. she's right, it was awful)

by the way, who are you?

new to this community but not SC, go every time.. name is Davina, live in north london with a boy *blush* and flatmate Nat.. 27 (female by the by), used to work at slimelight couple years ago...

saw White Noise, thought is was not too bad, and yes, you are right, you should always make up your own mind about films!!

have you seen any of the japanese versions of the current scary films (grudge, the ring, dark water??) I saw all of them in their japanese format and was truly truly scared after years of being desensitised....

god YES! the original japanese ones are always miles better than the blockbuster ones.
I've seen the Ring and Dark Water originals and have to admit both were really powerful experiences. But especially the ring. A friend of mine who knew I was watching that movie that night alone rang me soon after the movie.

I never picked up the phone...:)

ah yes, and with the jap version of the grudge, I was home alone, watched it DURING THE DAYTIME and still couldnt go to the loo properly without poking the shower curtain with the broom simultaniously to sitting on the loo! was petrified..

please come back and tell me what you thought of Boogeyman..
