Overview of recent stuff: Much went on. Ill start at JBro's BDAY...That was a good time, everyone got really wasted, and I felt like I was sleeping in an orgy of some sort. It was just a lot of fun though. I got pics up on my photo thing. Then had a cool weekend around home. Watched Donnie Darko, then watched it again when we had the secondary BDay ( Read more... )

You absolutely right about the cell phone abuse. It seems to give people a new "attitude" like walking on campus, smoking a cigarette, yelling into their cell phone about how they got into a fight with their boyfriend/girlfriend. They somehow seem to fill their head with the idea that everybody will think "aww that poor poor person." Its pathetic. The worst is when its in the library or when they are in the hall and your in a class. Your trying to study for an important exam or listen to a lecture and you have some rude douch bag yelling into their cell phone about the most stupid mindless shit in the entire world. They should make buildings cellphone proof.

The term "cell-phone" is often confused with "wireless phones". Cellular One was one of the leading companies to first surface with the idea of a small phone that you could carry around with you everywhere. These began to market during the early 1990's.

Since then, Cellular One was bought out by "Cingular Wireless". Other wireless companies took the idea of the original "cell-phone" and took it a step further. Verizon and Sprint introduced the "digital-wireless" phone. A phone could now be in all digital which improved quality and clarity. Still if the digital signal was not in particular areas, it could also switch into "analog" mode, which was what "cell phones" used.

Please, cellular phones have already been outdated by digital wireless phones. Let's no longer credit Cellular One for a cheap version of what came out a few years later. The term "cell-phone" is politically incorrect. Thank you.

Well I gotta go, cause someones callin my celly. peace
