The Throttlerod show on Friday was awesome. Katie got some really good pictures, and I may post some on here when I can. However, we didn't leave Charlotte until 3am, so the ride home wasn't too much of a blast. No more T-rod shows until the end of May

Yeah, I need to do the stretching as well. Yesterday I posted that phase 2 wasn't so bad anymore. But it wore me out today. blah, I keep going back and forth. I'm scared of the next level. I'm going to die. It seems to work well though, ya think? You're ahead of me....

Well, I did start before you hon :) Yes, the third level blows but if you can do the second the third shouldn't kill ya. I say this after having only done it once...

I hate the two assistants in Burn it Up. That guy Steph annoys me for some reason. I miss my beloved Tracy. LOL

haha, Tracy had kick ass results. She looks great, I watch her for my motivation to keep going....Debbie's shape kind of scares me.
