Like anything, you need to take it with a grain of salt. Internet flash presentations arent't exactly known for their legitimacy. Still, it's interesting, as are some of the websites it links to.

It recently occured to me that people my age and slightly younger than me, namely my generation, are primarily motivated nowadays by a fear of failure.
