Time went quickly when you were as busy as Peter was - he attended his classes and the odd party here at Fandom, but most of the time his mind was elsewhere. Sometimes, it was with Haiti and its problems... but Peter never forgot about the bigger picture

Natalie's days seemed long this week, with little ability to focus on things for long. She didn't stay at the theater all day, but when she got back to the dorms she was still feeling restless, and that led to wandering.

And wandering led her here. (Maybe it was surprising but she could be fickle if she wanted to.) She observed, from the doorway, "All those snacks make it look like you have a lot of work to do."

"Just a minor assassination attempt," Peter said, popping a chip in his mouth. "Not mine this time."

"Anyone important?"

Well, she supposed that may have been a silly question, but whatever.

"Bean's," Peter said, like that meant anything to her. "It'd be pretty inconvenient if he paid the piper." He spun around in his seat. "Chips?"
