It was morning by the time physical exhaustion set in in earnest for Peter - he might have hustled Natalie to sleep, but that was the only sleep anyone in his room had been getting. Natalie had been truly out of it the whole night through. She couldn't even remember having any real dreams, and she was grateful for that. The nightmares would come later, but she'd needed a whole extended night of rest. On an actual bed. She couldn't quite get over how glorious actual beds were.

But on some level she was still expecting to see a dimly lit dungeon when she woke up. So, when she finally blinked her bleary eyes eyes and saw exactly the same dorm room as when she'd passed out?

She heaved a quiet, releaved sigh despite herself.

"You'll be happy to know you don't snore," Peter said. "Much."

He'd pushed his shirtsleeves up to past his elbows and he'd taken off his shoes, so that now he was tapping his besocked feet against the floor as he typed. Otherwise, though, he hadn't exactly moved since last night.

"I knew that," Natalie replied, stretching her arms above her head... before wincing a bit because right. A night in a comfortable bed hadn't healed all her injuries. Duly noted. "But it's nice to not be a bother."

"And you were right about the cat," Peter said, going back to revise his second paragraph to better appeal to Chamrajnagar's particularily annoying brand of honor. (Which some saw as a lack thereof.)
