The height of the bag which you state 18", does it includes the height of the handle ? Or the height of the bag + handle = 23.5"

The height of the bag is 12''. Handle height is 5.5''
18'' is the width of the top of the bag, it is wider on top than at the bottom

Hi they are unisex tees. I think you can consider a Small if you want something more fitted. Pls use the measurements as a rough gauge.
