graphics help

does anybody on my flist have photoshop?

I have an idea for an image on a webpage I'm building and unfortunately it's beyond what PicMonkey is capable of doing

I have 2 images of the Canadian flag (not sure which will look better) and I need them faded out towards the bottom into transparent... could anybody help me?

PicMonkey just doesn't have a feature to make anything transparent :( (or to fade into white for that matter)

like, the bottom half faded into transparent... does that make sense? :/

don't bother yourself with this hun... I just tried loading the photo unedited to see how it fit in the layout... and I don't like it
