Is it bad to know someones every weakness? To know that you can do whatever and instead of turning it back on you, they just stand there and keep receiving what your giving them?

If you're using their weakness against them or to manipulate anything in the situation, then yes. Otherwise, no. When you really know someone, it's impossible not to know all their weaknesses.
