Break You, again

This is a rewrite of a song I wrote a couple of years ago.

“Break You”

Starting to realize you never made any sense
Sick and tired of your false innocence
You change your mind like you change your hair
You don’t know what you want and you don’t really care

You got no future, you got no past
You can’t really think this life can last

I just want to break you down
To something I can get my head around
I just want to break you into
Something I can get my head through
I just want to break you
Break you, Break you
Down

I’m getting past my part as the fool
Getting over being used as your tool
You made manipulation into a fine art
Turned me into a flat line on the chart

Will you ever find a use for all that rage
Or was your tenth birthday middle age?

I just want to break you down
To something I can get my head around
I just want to break you into
Something I can get my head through
I just want to break you
Break you, Break you
Down

You got no future, you got no past
You can’t really think this life can last

I just want to break you down
To something I can get my head around
I just want you into
Something I can get my head through
I just want to break you
Break you, Break you
Down
