When I first took a break from the forums a few months ago, I deleted the bookmark. It was oddly liberating, knowing that I wouldn't be clicking the bookmark out of boredom and that if I wanted to visit I'd have to do it manually.

When I started visiting again, I kept the bookmark deleted and I found myself visiting a lot less frequently than before I'd left. Amazing how much something so simple could curtail casual browsing.

I'm on a break again and think this one will stick, and I think it's largely thanks to my having gotten used to not having the bookmark around.

Same thing here. The act of opening a tab and typing the address makes me more mindful of what I say and do, somehow.

I paid my tenbux, SA has some surprisingly good subforums.
