My new used truck

I am buying a 1981 Chevy K10 Silverado long bed 4x4 with either a 3 or 6 inch lift kit.  The truck has transmission problems, and has 2 33" Buckshot tires, and 2 16" street tires. The rims for the street tires and mud tires do not match, the guy I am buying the truck from had a new set of 33" Buckshot tires and new rims, but they got stolen while
