I started my summer job, timber cruising (inventory), on Monday and I survived the first week. The worst is over and I only came out of it with many scratches, a tetanus shot, 6 bug bites and a few bruises. Nice weather sucks during finals week.

This last past few weeks have been pretty crazy. This past weekend I spent in Missoula Montana for a logger sports show and it was a blast. I didnt compete that well but I placed 6th in women's horizontal speed chop and pulp toss. Well on Friday I headed up to Coeur d' Alene to stay at my parents house and see Greg before my Competition on Saturday in Elk, Washington. The whole weekend turned out pretty crappy, expect for the competition. Friday about 3pm Greg broke up with me. It is finally spring break for U of I students!! I thought this week would never come. This break means we are half way through the semester but looking back it has gone fairly fast. Well it sounds like everyone for the most part is having a good time at home for the break. I am not even half way through mine though, which is really good because all I did for the first eight days back was waiteress at the resort.
