This is the logging community for the Ookiku Furikabutte RP koushien-e! Here you'll find in-character chat, text, and e-mail logs (transcripts of characters' IC net-based interactions) as well as logs of character interaction that has taken place "IRL" (in-universe).

POSTING GUIDELINES
Posts made to loggingkoushien should be:
1.) Transcripts of character interactions "in real life" that were written out by the players in chat, email, or googledocs and were not played out in comments on koushien-e.
In this case, use the following code as a header for your log:

In your transcripts of "IRL" character interaction, you can either remove indicators of who is posting what and simply have the log flow as a series of paragraphs (like fic), or you can differentiate participants by using the character's journal name followed by the content. For example, a canonical scene from chapter 74:
no-hiding-place: Mihashi jolted a little, swallowed his nervousness and just... said it. "Y-your ... muscles!"
the-worst-ace: "Huh?" Haruna flexed his left arm, automatically feeling his bicep with his right hand.
no-hiding-place: "Can," Mihashi blurted, wide-eyed and nervous about asking such a weird question, "Can I feel them?"
the-worst-ace: "Sure, but don't be rough about it," Haruna said, brushing his hand over his shoulder in lieu of a shrug. "Where?"
no-hiding-place: "A-Around your shoulder?" Mihashi asked.
the-worst-ace: Haruna turned around so Mihashi could get a better look at his back, and craned his neck to look over his shoulder at him. He pointed. "Here?"
no-hiding-place: Nodding, Mihashi stammered an apology while giving Haruna's trapezius a delicate squeeze. Touching the muscle, Mihashi couldn't help but give a little cry of surprise and wonder. "Woah!" Even his hands had started blushing. "S, s-so, so soft!"
the-worst-ace: "Right?!" Haruna said, grinning and pointing to his own shoulders, "It's all good muscle!"

feedmemanju: Haruna-san, this is Abe-kun's pitcher (from Nishiura). I wanted to thank you for today! I thought about it, and from now on, I'll be pitching with a wind-up. Thank you again for showing me the secret of your power!
ihatecusto: No problem. What was your name again?
feedmemanju: I'm Mihashi! Mihashi Ren. That you were kind enough to teach me about your fastballs is amazing. I'll be working hard to improve my pitches. Some day, I hope to be able to throw a fastball like yours (though that might be impossible for someone like me).

ihatecusto: yeah, his lead's not bad. Bossy though. Don't let him tell you what to do all the time, Muscles. I guess he's better than at least one of my catchers. Should I give Takaya a nickname too? Ask him if he wants me to give him one, I want to know what he says.
feedmemanju: I'll try to ask him, but Abe-kun ... doesn't like nicknames, I think. But I'll ask, because you taught me so much today. Abe-kun says he doesn't want me to work on my fastball, but I think he would be happy if I could take even a single step closer to your speed. I'll report to you when I hear from him about nicknames!
Posts made to koushien-e by players should be:
Posts where characters can interact "IRL", to be played out in comments.
In this case, simply note whether the thread is open or closed in the subject line, and make your post as you normally would. If your post is longer than 4 paragraphs, place it behind an LJ-cut.
A post should only be labelled closed if it is open to everyone EXCEPT for a select group of people (for example, "closed to Mihashi and Abe" would mean that anyone except for Mihashi and Abe could participate).
A post can be labelled as open to everyone, to only a specific group, or even open to only one or two other players.
In addition to labelling your post as open or closed in the subject line, please tag your post as open or closed. If your post is only open to specific characters, don't forget to tag those characters using the character tags as well.
Tagging
Please don't forget to always tag posts with adult content using the adult tag! If a post does not contain adult content at first, but develops into adult content through comments, be sure to edit the post and add an adult warning to the subject line, in addition to adding the adult tag.
Posts that involve "online" character interaction should be tagged with the "online" tag. Similarly, posts that involve "IRL" character interaction should be tagged with the "irl" tag.
The mods will work to make sure posts are correctly tagged for content and characters participating, but it will be much easier for us if the original posters tag their posts thoughtfully.
Warnings
We ask that warnings be posted either in the subject line or above an LJ-cut for potentially triggering concepts, such as emotional, physical, or domestic abuse, dubious, non-consensual, or unprotected sex. These are not the only things that should be warned for, but making a list of warnings would be long, unending and unproductive. Simply use good judgement and, if in doubt, always opt to warn and be better safe than sorry for causing another player (or reader) a bad reaction for unwarned content. That said, it's not possible to warn for everything that may possibly affect someone. If you think that something deserves a warning that was not listed, contact a mod and we will work to remedy the situation. While it is true that what has been seen cannot be unseen, it can in many cases be made less painful with a sincere apology and quick response.
