I am totally not being happy at your pain, but I am SO GLAD somebody else feels the way I've felt before--like, all is fine and good until your two BFFs get boyfriends (or in your case girlfriends) and then all of a sudden, hey, yeah, sure, come along, even though the two of us will be with our significant others and we'll just kind of bring you along because we don't want you to feel left out although being there is totally a reminder of being left out because you are single.
