I think it's messed up that anyone praises Harper, but so it goes. I guess perhaps it's to be expected in Alberta, but among music people? Weird.
Do you know how to apply to vote by special ballot? There's a form on the Elections Canada website that you download and then I think you can either take it to the nearest returning office or mail it to Elections Canada. You also need to give them a photocopy of ID with proof of address.
