hmm. The only methods I think could destroy a twinkie would have to be pretty violent.
I'm thinking that some kind of chemical destruction might be fun too. dipping in sulfuric acid... or dipping into liquid nitrogen and then smashing them.

mmm. sugary things. being destroyed. yum.

What if you combine the two ideas and try to catch on fire/launch the twinkies from the toaster??

Twinkies actually appear to be non-flammable. Also, I don't think they'd fit in the average toaster slot.
