*hugs* i felt so down today that i slept until 2pm ._. though i made a to-do-list and all... but maybe not arguing with the voices can mean, you are able to just let them be and not give a care....
*hugs* it's probably a common thing now, but please don't feel down, dear :') this is why i do give a care, trying to figure it out, what is wrong with me, because i feel like fighting against that gloomy mood. but... still failing to recognize that feeling...
yah...today was better. i couldnt sleep until 3.30am or so, but i forced myself to get up and go to uni before noon, to get some stuff done. and i managed. today's plan: go to bed before midnight!!!
okay....so maybe you can have a better fight if you understand where the gloominess all comes from, and by doing so, eliminate them xD

haha I tell myself everyday to go to bed before midnight and end up failing every single day. I hope you're doing much better than me :D
yes, that's my approach to understand what's wrong and then to fix it... and you know I'm feeling much better now!
