I'm kind of stuck with a 3 bedroom house with no housemates.. Long story.
It's on Napier Street, ie, close to uni. I think it's $265 a week. The lease ends at the end of June (I think), and the owners will be rebuilding the house. However judging by the way things have been going for the past 6 years, it'll probably get delayed.. again. You may have heard of the infamous "Enchanted Forest."
I think Ekki will be over quite a bit.. which could be a problem.

That sounds like a prospect, and the right amount of rent too!

As for friends, well, it shouldn't matter right? I have no problem with her.
