Guessing here you're being sarcastic, but I'll reply truthfully. I'm going to miss Sienfield and Bill. They were amusing together and the nicely subtle mockery of Apple was great. (The Conquistadors [Macintoshes] being uncomfortable, the old cranky lady everyone is scared of [Steve Jobs], the nasty backstabbing girl [Mac users])
I haven't seen anything of the first phase. With Apple the fun poke of the commercials wore off quite quickly. Sure, the PR departmental must have something to do, but occasionally a poke, sure, but all the time gets tiresome.
Heck, I found the idea behind the Mojave (or however you spell it) experiment quite funky even though it was staged, that was original. This is just another round of poo-throwing.
It honestly surprises me that they're acknowledging Apple's ads directly. That's an incredibly bad idea from a PR standpoint and has a very high chance of backfiring.
I didn't really dig the bill&jerry ads, but I think the one after the link is a pretty tasteful shot back.
All the same, advertisement is still only advertisement. I'd like to see them put as much effort into the next version of windows. Or release a surprise relaunch of Vista with all the broken bullshit taken out. Even if that means no bluray in Windows.
