I was upstairs at Curlers around this time in 2004 for the European Championships. England v Portugal, with England playing very well. Then it happened...Rooney was injured and the team just fell apart. Portugal equalized...it went to extra time...and then penalties. It was a horrible game and honestly, I used to be a Ronaldo fan but the actions with Real Madrid and this Copa has really got me to rethink my position on him. Plus, he's much too pretty.

Yeah, nobody seemed to be in the match until England started doing something (once again, cheers Aaron Lennon) after Rooney was sent off. I really really hate Ronaldo after this tournament. His mostly worthless fancy dan routines, his petulant baby act, and that wink after Rooney was red-carded. I expect he'll be in for some rough tackles when he gets back to the Man U training sessions, though I'll bet he won't be there for long.

Doctor Who Confidential is a 30 minute behind the scenes programme they play on BBC3 directly after the show airs on BBC1. Truncated 15-minute versions of the first season ones feature on the Season 1 DVD.
