You could also have elevated liver enzymes if you take a lot of ibuprofen according to what my diabetes doctor told me. It's why she wants me to take Tylenol and stay away from ibuprofen and Aleve.

Hmmm, now that is interesting. Ibuprofen has always been my painkiller of choice, although I never would have thought that I've taken enough in my lifetime to move the needle, so to speak. However, I have been known to take as many as 3 to 4 at a time when my cluster headaches kick in.
