adrenaline crash

 Finally called the cops on my screaming , door slamming neighbors.  Am a little shaky and afraid of reprisals but its the fourth terrible row this week and the second one that woke me up in the middle of the night.  I seriously need to move.

Thanks. I haven't looked outside my door yet to see if there are nasty notes posted in the hallway, but after the police came there was dead quiet, so hopefully it did some lasting good? I'm tired of feeling like it's not safe to leave my apartment when all that insanity is going on. *hugs you back*
