I had my first Rolfing session last week (http://www.rolfing.org.au/ if you want to read about what it is). I felt a lot better afterwards - looser. And my back was great for days afterward! Another session tomorrow.

I am soooo tired lately!

It's wierd, I'll be walking past the bedroom & think "I'll just go in & give her a cuddle", then I remember. Or I'll be doing something & think, "how long since she's had food".

..but I had a great weekend. The motorcycle expo was great! Had such a good time! Spent way too much money though. Anne & I found a clothing stand, & bought some cute tops - 1 with BikieChic in diamantes, an olive one with ScootaChic, a cap wioth BikieChic, & a little bag to keep in the top box.
