Jargon is a major pain in the cranium, especially when one has not been fully indoctrinated into the field to which it belongs. When I first became the network administrator's aide (or, as I liked to refer to myself, the Tech Bitch) at my high school, I thought I was computer literate, but every direction she gave me sounded like, "Plug the aodsfnsdiofn into the weiourtowe and zxkxjnbzxnbz it until the xclhiosdfgjj is riousyhgsdf."
Traaaah! That does sound a bit like work... cept it is more of the "alkjdu has an issue with the THLKA in Georgia, and we need to work on the ALKJ with the people at AKLJD." Same idea, though.

i find that work is much more enjoyable if your co-workers are insane, at least the nice kind of insane.
