Or why gangs effect me

story 1:

so I’m walking home from the train last night and about ½ of the way home there is a paddy wagon blocking the road. I walked by not thinking much of it, but when i get to the main street by my house there are like 8 cop cars and cops everywhere. Yup. The gangs move in to neighborhoods often. The scene changes.

Frankly, I do have an issue with Gangs. I gre wup in the bad side of Green Bay *mind you we did have gangs, just not as many as Chicago* and I would be sleepingonly to hear gunshots down the street or in the ally. A kid was killed on my street. Not a teen, not a man, a kid. It was daylight and the kid wa sbeing baby sat by by the gang memeber who lived on our block's girlfriend. A raival gang pulle dup, shot the kid dead in the dudes front yard, and drove off. Personaly, I can't stand them.

I guess some memmbers can be nice, but I have yet to meet one. i WAS friends with peole who joined gangs, but then they changed, and became extermly crude.

Sorry they are now moveing to around where you live. Do you ever carry aknife or even mace with you? Might not be a bad idea to do. *hugs*

I'm sorry you have more of an issue with the cops, one of whom you say lost his life trying to deal with these gangbangers that would do things to hurt you. Its good that you have no issues with gangs though.

you missed my point...

my point was:
1:
People who happen to be in gangs who have NEVER killed people... ok with me.

2: cops who allow people to be killed not ok with me

No, YOU missed the point. The cop DIED trying to do exactly what you're saying the cops aren't doing. And you STILL say "the cops are good for nothing."

1 good cop doesn't a tribe make Grover. I'm not saying that they are all bad... i'm just saying that for the most part they are part of the problem not the solution.
