I have grown to hate the word maybe in a very short tim. "Maybes" waste alot of precious time and, although, I understand that "maybe" allows additional time to think, there is no reason that it should take three weeks to formulate a yes or no to a simple yes or no question. Do you want to go with me to such and such an event? Hmm maybe. From this

Well hello there, stranger! I agree with you on the "maybes" I try my best to get back to people ASAP with a Yes or No answer if a Maybe was initially given. It can be hard sometimes when you know someone is likely to take it personally, even if it isn't.
