Did you eat them plain? I like to dip mine in cider vinegar and grated ginger. And I'm fond of ordering them in Chinese restaurants sauteed with ginger and scallions. Yum!
yeah, I ate mine with a little butter, but dan & ian eat them plain. vinegar and/or ginger seems... almost excessive to me. Like, they need none of that strong stuff! ;9 but then, I don't make it often.
