• Pumpkin pectin gummie/jellies: no plan yet, pumpkin acquired but uncooked, pectin around (not the kind for the fruit jellies ilai found a recipe for), apple confit not bought or made yet.
  
• cake #1: 7 layer cake with caramel decorations. recipe found,

heh, I thought about it. tempura happened monday night, just broccoli and apples, but it will probably happen again soon. the stopper with the pumpkins right now is that I'm out of town next week and the cooking pumpkin is, um, HUGE...
