Writ, I have to admit I used to be a bit intimidated by you. You're just so smart, but then I got to know you better and you're incredibly down to earth, you have so many beautiful, amazing insights, not just about fandom is, but about life and activism and I've learn so much thanks to you. i am 100% sure that i am a better person full stop because of you. you are so supportive and kind and giving and talented that i aspire to be more like you. your writing is some of my favorite in fandom and like in "real life" honestly. 'under the same sky' and 'expecto patronum' and 'an aching soul' and 'the boy and the sleeping prince (DEAR GOD)' are just a few of the stories that have stayed with me because of the power of your talent. thank you for everything. ♥
