On top of that, I love how politically and socially aware you are, how articulate you are when discussing these things, and the posts you make both here and on other platforms! Dicta, I could write you ten whole dictionaries and it still wouldn't be enough words for me to be able to say how much I love you, how much I love your writing, and your posts, and just everything about you. You are one of the most eloquent people I've ever met, and so smart, and so funny, and I just count myself lucky to know you. Also, your wonderfully tagged tumblr is a true gift to us all. Thank you for all the work you do for us, for your fic and your comments and everything. <3

You are a fandom force in so many aspects! Your writing is STELLAR, your political awareness amazing, you're so smart and driven and supporting, and did I already say your writing is amazing? Even the few angry rant posts you've written are so eloquent and read so well, and then I feel bad for actually flailing over your sad RL posts because they were written so well. I hope to have you in fandom for a long time to come <3

LOL But you're so sweet and kind and funny that intimidation was never something that came to play. XD I love how aware you are about everything, about fandom and what fandom conscious awareness means. I've learned so much thanks you, you've opened my eyes in so many ways, I can't thank you enough for that.

one of the very first ways we interacted was through beta-ing, and i remember being so impressed and so wowed by how you were able to go through and make my writing SO MUCH BETTER homg just from suggestions and hints. you're the kind of person who could easily be very intimidating, but instead you're like this joyous bundle of kindness and intelligence and sweetness and fierce determination. you're not afraid to speak your mind, but you do it in a way that invites discussion, really, rather than argument. and yet you also handle arguments with grace, and it's just honestly so admirable. also good lord is your writing top-notch. i feel like i should hate you on principle for being so awesome, lol. instead, i'm just happy to know you. you are awesome. thank you! ♥

So I was in a bookshop on Southbank, London one time and my BFF called me, and we talked about H/D as you do, and both discovered we'd read Vanishing Department that day, and I walked by the Thames talking to my friend about how great the fic was and our favourite bits. Which is a lovely, lovely memory, so thank you for that. (And it really is a brilliant fic.)
