Perverse Idyll, you are someone I often wish I could spend more time with as every time we've interacted it's been an absolute pleasure. Not only are you so thoughtful and super smart, but your prose is poetic and heart-achingly good. I adore your insightful read of Snape and your gorgeous Snarry and I count some of your fics as my very favourites. I love the way you discuss meta and engage with posts about the HP texts, it's always a real delight to discuss such things with you. Thank you for being wonderful!

Perverse Idyll, you are one of my role models for writing and for life. Your prose is lush and evocative and so perfectly precise; "le mot juste" is a term that could have been invented for you. You have such mastery of metaphor and simile, such astute and powerful characterizations. I treasure everything you've written and only wish there were ten times as much.

In life, you are unfailingly kind, supportive, perceptive, and broad-spirited. I know you've had hardship, but you face it with inspiring courage. Your intelligence just blazes, as does your compassion.

There is no one in fandom who loves language more than you do. I revel in the imagery and imagination you present to your reader. Every description, every emotion, and every characterization is complete and vivid. Thank you for reminding me of the power of language.
