You're my ideal fandom triple threat: she writes, she organises, she insights! I'm never sure which I love the most, your writing is compelling and accomplished, your many hours of commitment to fandom, especially with all the modding you have done, is one of the main reasons why our community is so strong and vibrant, but it may just be that your insights have a tiny lead: from the way you show us how fandom is and how it could be to your exposure of systemic biases and ways of tackling them in the real world, you are an eye opener in all the best ways. And even when you're just having a rant, there is always value in the rant! I'm so glad I know you.
