Things I Hate to Do: Flist Quiz

You know what chores I hate to do more than anything? What I'll put off for as long as possible?

Dishes. I will let the sink fill and wait to do battle with horrid alien life forms that develop into entire civilizations before doing dishes. I try to get into the habit of washing up as soon as I dirty things, and if I'm cooking, I do rather well that

I'm with you on the dishes and the putting away laundry. The other thing I really hate doing is recycling. I have a recycling box in my front hall closet for newspapers, and it's just such a pain to schlep those all the way downstairs to be recycled. Not least because a box full of newspapers is damn heavy.

It drives me crazy that people here don't recycle, after living in HippyWorld for so many years, so I'm pretty good about it. I just take out a little bag of recycling every time I take out the garbage. Then again, I live on the first floor, and all the receptacles are out in the parking lot, so it's not as if it's not on my way out to work every day.
