The interview went OK, he thinks. He'll find out what they thought on Tuesday or Wednesday...maybe...the HR department was shifty. Delightful!
I was a dutiful waiting wife till we went to Burger King and the tattoo shop was just next door and I thought hey, why not just stop in and see when the guy is free? and he was free the very next day, so I threw my apron and kid gloves to the wind and let him do terrible, terrible things to my lower back. I feel like I've been moderately beaten, with great precision.
You didn't see me this weekend because I was too depressed by Keefe being gone and Airo being snubbed and it was all I could do to keep going. But I will see you tonight, being back from the land of dutiful waiting rotation.
