Imbolc (LONDON: 2/2/11)

 Happy Imbolc!  (Okay so it's not until tomorrow but with the time difference, who's keeping track when I post this stuff anyway?)  
I find Imbolc landing on a New Moon to be incredibly uplifting!  For those of you who might not know, Imbolc/Candlemass is a holiday about that little ember of hope and warmth in our hearts as we are assured of winter'

Yay hope and warmth! Funny this should fall on such a particularly freezing cold day here. We filled the bathroom with candles stuck into shells and bits of broken pottery and took a hot bath. And now I think some Tarot is in order...

How do you like to celebrate?

It's tough at uni because my altar's at home. I feel I rarely get the chance to celebrate anything properly :/
But if I could, I'd get some warming scents and representations of new blossoms together, get green/white candles, and meditate on what I hope to accomplish :)
