I decided to go through my entries from the beginning and either lock down or delete the more embarassing stuff. That, I think, was something of a mistake in one way. It was surprising how much of an emotional impact it had to revisit things that had been laying dormant since back then

Last year, I just abandoned my old LJ and started this one and posted a locked entry about the change. It was a pretty good way or just getting rid of my old fail.

It's true that I could just do that as well, but I kinda like being able to say I have some kind of "oldbie" status.

On the other hand, it'd be a cheaper way to change my name than buying a rename token. Hmm...

For a while, I was sad that I would no longer have a little thing that says I was here since like 2003, but in the end, it was worth getting rid of the fail and some unwanted flisters.
