I thought the same thing. I mean, it could because it could cause a tear and that could lead to infection, but in terms of actually hurting, I don't know that there'd be much feeling, or if it'd even ever penetrate. (Honestly, I'm a guy. I don't really know how tampons work, but I don't think that the tip is ever even actually supposed to touch, like, the cervix or anything, right?)
