Last night the parents as teachers lady came over to meet us. Leo was in a fantastic mood and put on a big show doing all his "tricks." We talked about how the program works and it sounds like fun. There are activites during the year to meet other parents in the school district as well

Parents as teachers is great, Sierra goes through it and her teacher is coming wed. =D And you figure it's always a good idea to go through them in the first place cause your child has to be tested by them before going to preschool anyways. She's been seeing Sierra since she was born, Skyler was with her for a short time and i just went ahead and signed Sierra up with her.

They also helped us out at Christmas time. Since Jimmy was laid off for so long we didn't have much money. So she brought over like 20+ presents for the kids.

I loved PAT! I was so upset when Teaguen hit 3 and had his "graduation" party. Our lady was just awesome, too, and the activities that they give you come in handy on those days that you're just not feeling creative enough to come up with a great game on your own.

Our office even mails a newsletter with book and item reviews, which has been nice for me. And, we still go to the 3 and up activities. We've got a Pee-Wee Picassos event in a couple weeks where they set the kids loose with as much paint as they can get their hands, feet and what ever else in! Wish me luck!
