oral quals

I took my oral qualifying exam today. I don't think I answered the questions particularly well, but my committee seemed moderately satisfied. I got a conditional pass. I don't have to take the oral exam again, but I do have to revise my dissertation proposal. I think that's actually fairly standard for our department. At least, I know of other
