I had a great day today even tho it is my least favorite day of the year. I don't know how it became that day...but it also has a color...the color is beautiful and I call it January 25th red.

My mother-in-law gave me a beautiful shawl that for some reason makes me think I'm Loretta. It's a good thing. I like it. Makes me want to buy pens and build shrines and talk about chickens.

This is my year of the chicken! I just wrote a short beginning of a story that is about "Chicken Boy" who's real name is Ernie Packwood. (Named after a road we missed that caused us to be 15 mins late for an appointment!)
I hope you wont mind if "Chicken Boy" starts dating a few girls named Nancy!
