Wow. This is amazing! I was reading it out on my front porch last night until I got too scared! I had to go back inside, turn all the lights ok, and get under the covers!

I love that you're writing Britt as a badass with a gun rather than weepy and helpless, which is how she's often portrayed in apocalyptic fic. I'm eager, yet terrified to see what you have in store for the girls at the mall. I have lots of Dawn of the Dead (the original!) thoughts about it.

Yeah, I always wonder why Brittany is portrayed that way, considering all the evidence we have points to her being the most calm of the bunch. Generally things don't seem to faze her as much as everyone else. At least, that has been my impression.
