Thank you!! I was really hoping that the creepy factor shined.. I was going for the "you never know" factor of life.. I feel like this is one I will go back to and revamp a bit when I have more time.. 😁😁
That's a fantastic idea!! I was wondering that when I was writing it because I already knew the ending so I was curious to know when people figured out that something wasn't quite right. When did you catch on?? I tried to drop little hints but I hope I didn't give it away too soon. 🤗🤗
Thank you!! I pulled from a personal experience that was obviously much less drastic but still very unsettling none the less. It's scary to think that a "casual" exchange with a stranger could actually trigger something this intense. Getting into "Joe's" head was a bit strange and honestly a little scary. Lol 😳😳
*hugs* back Thank you. I was very lucky. I got myself out of the situation (basically by going into hiding) in just the nick of time. Unfortunately he ended up assaulting someone less than a month later. I wish the police could have done more but stalking is still a pretty vague thing when it comes to getting the authorities involved. They basically couldn't do anything until it was too late. He wound up in jail. I never really thought about how close of a call it was until I found out he had been released from jail years later.

I enjoyed how the creepiness factor builds here and I love how a series of journals entries limits the perspective.
Well done lady!
