The dialog and story here were wonderful! My first thought was "trouble," and for some reason, at the house I thought "cannibals," but I fell for the sexual adventure hints, so I was surprised when it actually came back to cannibalism again. Very well done.

Ewww...that's trouble brewing right from the start...nice twist with the bit about double dating which makes the reader go on a tangent. Great work with the dialogues!

Ewww, ewww, ewww! I did sort of suspect that Tom-- and then Rose-- were too good to be true, and I actually found myself hoping it was some sleazy swinger thing instead of cannibalism.

But no...

Poor Matt. Poor, poor Matt. And Jenny isn't far behind.

Their adventure will have them vacationing in the icy climate of a freezer for months and months, and they won't even know it...

Since I imagine Rose's 'People Pleaser Soup' is an old family recipe I'd have to lean towards the cannibalism, but I don't know if I'll ever be sure... unless I write about their kids someday.. lol
