When they staged your dad's cancer, they should have given it a number between 0 and 4. What was it? Usually, they do chemo/radiation after the operation too. They'll probably use part of his intenstine to replace the esophagus with.

if they did, he did not tell me. they won't be doing treatment after the surgery and they will be moving his stomach up; no intestine swapping. :P

yep. they said his weight wouldn't be an issue anymore. :P he's also a heart patient on top of all this; he had a heart attack when i was 10.
he also won't be able to throw up. weird tid bit.

I hope your dad is okay. Even with medicine the way it is today, it still seems shocking to me how many body parts they can just remove, you know?

Is the whole of Mike's leave going to be spent in Nebraska? If so, that sucks. The awkwardness of everything lately, PLUS dbag? I really feel so bad for you and if you kill someone, I don't know about the others, but I could donate about $5 toward your bail.
