- I was totally one of those kids with illegible script. *looks sheepish* I could never write neat cursive, but my print is pretty exceptional. Thank god all my professors allowed me to write in block--I still would be in high school if that hadn't been the case.
- Do you not like the 2005 version of P&P? I'm a junkie and have about every version, including Bride and Prejudice. I can't find my first disk to the BBC version though. Luckily, Colin Firth and the pond scene is the second DVD.
- That's weird they are keeping the HBP stuff more under wraps. Maybe come fall they will start generating buzz? All I know is that between that and Twilight, my fall Holiday movie season is going ot kick butt.
- I have no idea what the HGNetwork is, but it sound frustrating. Good luck with all that. :)
- LOL! Well I'm one to talk, my handwritting is so messy, most of the time I don't even understand it myself!
- Hmmm it's not that I don't like it... I don't hate it; the actors are okay, the cinematography and direction are okay... But there were some things that bothered me A LOT about it. The kiss for example, or the guy who played Mr Darcy, who was as mysterious as a coleslaw *lol* I just LOOOOOOOVE the BBC one so very much!
- I don't know why they're doing it but they should learn from Twilight: all the new stuff and the Twilight tuesdays are making people SO incredibly excited about the movie! But the Harry Potter fandom is kind of lethargic now... We need pictures or videos or something!
- The kiss was totally absurd. And while I loved the costumes as a whole, it really bothered me that Caroline was dressed as the Regency era's version of a slut (all that skin). But I'm a sucker for the rain scene and how Mr. Darcy stutters at the end when he tells Lizzie he loves her.
- Twilight Tuesdays are the best! Whoever is in charge with the HP publicity needs to get with it. With no new books to generate buzz, HP fans have to work hard to maintain excitement and keep interest. The only new I ever hear anymore is who Emma Watson is allegedly dating this week.
- Ah, a H/G site--my fave. I kept thinking "Home and Garden Network" when I saw HGNetwork since that's a TV station here in the US, but I seriously doubted that's what you meant, lol. I could never maintain a whole site, draw like you do, and have time for work and/or school!
- You look fantastic in that pic. Cute accessories and your eyes pop (I mean that in a good way, not in a scary bulging way, lol).
I must say that I've had to learn how to read illegible handwritings during my teacher's practicum this year. Luckily the older they get, the better (in most cases, some are just well...)
You look great in that picture :) Love the earrings! And the gloss ;)
Things does seem simpler back then, but I think that was only the case if you were reasonably well-off... Still, my mum says I should've been born in Regency england or that one of my past lives was then. lol
Really? I didn't know you could actually learn that, that's great! In my case, the older I get, the messier my handwritting gets lol!
Thank you!! ^__^
My mom says that about me as well!! But I guess it wasn't as simple as that, especially if you were a woman like Lizzie from P&P or Elinor from S&S, who couldn't inherit their father's fortune but couldn't work for a living either.
You look super adorable in that pic. Aww and I just remembered I lent my P&P DVDs to a friend last summer already and haven't got them back yet, so I must ask her asap because I have a sudden craving for some Mr Darcy in a lake goodness :)

EDIT: I can't stand when I have too many typos.

Yes, we would make quite the pair in regency England ;)
I know, wouldn't want to be in Lizzies shoes. However... where is my Mr Darcy? ;)
