Thanks for the kind wishes! The accident was due, in part, to the nice weather melting the ice and then freezing temps at night. And yes, as soon as I can get out, I'm going to buy some snow grippers for my shoes!
Meanwhile the pain has been good, not counting the day of surgery. Also I have Denden and nurse Stephanie to care for me! ^_^
