[She pauses, then tilts her head up at him. And beams.]

Nope! Hina can get back in ~na-no!

Are they feeding you- I could bring some... more...

[He's getting really uncomfortable and doesn't quite know why.]

Yes! They're scary, but Hina gets to eat!
[She's kindof creepy. That might be the problem.]

...Do you want some tea? [and she holds up a perfectly empty teacup at him and just STARES EXPECTANTLY.]

Are you playing tea party? Can I play too?

[She'll get a critical look up and down from Hina, before Hina nods.] You can come play. But be nice to the toys ~na-no.

[And she even moves one of the bears to make room for the other girl.]

[She nods and then affects a tone that she has perfected for playing tea party.]

But of course I will be courteous to my fellow guests. It is only proper.

[She sits down and smooths out her skirt proud of having sounded so very mature. And using a big word like 'courteous.']

[She is addressing the bear who gave up his chair for her.]

[Hina's not really as elegant with her movements and words, but she goes ahead and pours a nice cup of imaginary tea for her guest.]

Welcome to the tea party ~na-no! We were just talking about flowers. [Because flowers are nice.]

[ rude. Nena glares at the phone before trying to figure out who she is ]

And who are you? I don't think Nena ever met you before.

Why did you call Nena stupid if she hasn't met you yet?!

[Ruri waves to Hina, walking down the street, placing chalk marks every so often then scribbling in a notebook]

[Ruri gets a wave back! And Hina actually abandons her teaparty for a moment to go see what she's doing]

What are you doing ~na-no?

"Oh, I've been making a map of Mayfield. How are you doing today Hina?"

Oh! A map. That must be nice ~na-no. Especially if you get lost. [She does that a lot.]

Hina is fine! She was playing tea party with her new friends.
